Bring on the subscription
I just signed up and tried it. Pretty cool purchasing experience. When I get home this evening, I'll find out if the viewing experience is as nice.

Now what I'd really like to see is a subscription model. I'm not interested in buying movies at the same cost as DVDs without being able to take them off of my TiVo or PC. But I would be interested in a Netflix-style rental program. Pay $10-15 a month for up to 5 movie rental or 10 TV episode rentals. That would probably be enough to get me to drop Netflix.
