Businesses to buy into MS Office Live?
It's exactly the same premise as Google Apps just not as powerful or implemented as well. Google did it right and MS still can't move their Beta users into the released services mode. Also the MS service does not allow you to edit or collaborate online. With MSOL, you can just store your sensitive Office files their for distribution to your work force.

I have used them both and Google Apps beats MS Office Live hands down.

If Google can't secure their data online, what in the whole wide world makes you think that MS can?
