Could not agree more. Untill Google offers a locally hosted server with the
files stored locally, many will NOT want this. That said, in the long run, it will be safer for small to medium businesses to just have Google or some other service provider host it. They do not have money to pay an army of specialists to secure on-site servers 24x7. You have to remember, that almost every small to medium sized business is connected to the web, and are much more vulnerable to attacks than Google.

But, in the end, many will insist that their data is on-site. Google should just offer that service, much like they sell search boxes to be installed locally.
