I am glad to hear some of the ebay scammers are being brought to justise. I
recently wo and item fr the some of 400.00 and sent the seller an email asking
when theitem would be shipped out. There response was, "hey could not give me
a date, and just be patient and wait". I respoded with, "that is not an acceptable, if
I pay for something I expect to receive the item and a date. After several emails
going back and forth, I filed a complaint with paypal which later ended up turning
into a claim. I filed a complaint with ebay also. After they were told they would
lose there account and be charged for my repayment, hey instantly returned my
money to my paypal account. I know there are a lot of cases that turn out a
complete nightmare. There is a chance by shopping on auction sites and a lot of
phoney websites. Do a search on reviews on Companys you are not sure of, and if
a deal sounds to good to be real, then it is, good luck and yah for the capture of
the ebay crook.
