Yes, the MPAA desperately needs the EFF's help
---Of course not, they are too one sided for anything like that.---

Because the poor MPAA can not afford lawyers on their own, the EFF should be taking the funds they've raised from donors worried about protecting consumer rights and use them to help the MPAA prosecute infringers. That makes sense.
