Let's see, 100,000 take downs, 2 proven mistakes. So is the EFF going to do anything about the 99,998 violators? Of course not, they are too one sided for anything like that.

Nope. One of the missions of the EFF is to help the individual with shallow pockets fight those with deep pockets who would see fit to trample upon our civil liberties and rights. And the fact that you attempt to belittle them as a bunch of "malcontents" speaks volumes about you.
