I beleive VIACOM would be the one to worry about the violators in this instance.
How does picking your battles or causes affect your credibility?
I fail to see where just because EFF is being active on a single aspect of the issue makes them any more or any less credible.
If I were to champion the rights of Dogs in pet shops, but not cats or ferrets, how does that invalidate the effort on the behalf of dogs?
Is an attorney that specializes in prosecuting rape cases somehow invalidated because they don't handle all assaults?
