...the same people who buy the stuff in spam: american drug addicts. This fiasco is financed almost completely by american drug addicts. It's not "get a grip!", it's "go to a meeting, sit down, shut up and listen." And keep going back to the meetings until the urge to snort your child's college tuition up your nose is gone.
I guess the war on drugs isn't really working. No amount of enforcement is going to solve the problem until we look at the cause: there is not enough love in the world.
