- OK I'm a little confused here

It's bad to put the clip on YouTube but if you put it on Myspace it's ok? Am I missing something here? Maybe ViaCom has a reason for dealing with MySpace?
If they do then this all makes sense.
Exposure of copyright protected works on public sites like this benifit ViaCom. At the same time ViaCom is well with in there rights to say whic public service they will allow this on.
