What it comes down to
Courts, judges and lawyers ought to have some understanding that the intent is what really matters....

If the pornography is produced stored transmitted wit the intnet of personal profit then prosecute. If the images were personal and somehow intecepted by a third party by intrusive means and no clear intent on distributuon for other reasons exist then prosecute the interceptor for invasion of privacy ....

I see in our judicial system a lot of matters and issues that get inflated beyond the reasonable....

we pay judges to judge and ascertain those matters that may or are matters of the law... We expect them to be judicious and reasonable in their application of the law...

When cases are absurd, ruling on them is absurd and not in the interest of a society and the people who after all empower judges....

Go after those who are hurting society, exploiting minors, peddling pornography, and doing the dirty.

Stop this trend were the easy frutgets all the attention and the really rotten fruit that may be higher up and more difficult to get at goes unpicked....
