First- what are the parents of these children thinking-allowing this level of non-supevision?
When did the courts get the the power to control every vestige of our lives and sit in theor "holier-than-thou" robes and hand down edicts that are sheer madness at times?

The courts are hypocritical- They rule that teen-agers have rights that supercede that of their parents then turn around and sy that these same people are children and guilty of exploiting themselves and committing a crime. A person cannot incriminate themselves- 5th amendment- but then the courts have pissed on our Constitutuinal rights more than once For Chris' sake- look at the TV's movies -look at the fashions, the music its all glamorizing sex. A discreet handling of the situation by the PARENTS of these kids is the answer, not some lame-assed judge.
