Simple, sue the court
unless they change the law, the minors where doing what is legal to them, the judge is going out on a limb to keep laws against adult to minor scenario strong. If the judge really wants to, the act of kissing or hugging can be ruled as sexual conduct, time to take down a whole host of best friends for ever photos on social networking sites (which though public already, can be hacked like a personal computer).

Remember parents, the law is working its way around to not taking "nude" photos of your babies, so put some diapers and a shirt on that toddler/newborn . . like the good old days. A nice bonnet on top and some petty coats, maybe a veil around the face. If you e-mail them to Auntie and her husband takes offence, you may be in some states court of law over photos of a nude child. So you'll have to keep them clothed at all times. Thank goodness, no more sagging diapered toddlers in the stores as well.

One step.

Anyways, it never surprises me that the courts never have to come up in court over their decisions. But these teens (and locals know who they are), have to live with being prosecuted and if one of their families tipped of police, have to live with the repercussions of that as well. "We didn't mean for this to go to court, . . . we we just thought Johhny Q would get a good scare from the officers and leave our little Suzie Q alone because we as parents will determine who she dates and marries."

Judges, . . . with the long robes, all they need is a hood, some gloves and a big axe.
