It's not just Florida, folks. It's NORTH Florida - which is sometimes confused with Southern Alabama. They are far, far away from West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. Bible Belt - indeed. They are the buckle.

I think, had they had a sharp enough attorney, they could have refuted the panels assumption that their computers were likely to be hackable had they shown there were NOT using an easily hackable OS.
