Judges need restraint
This is yet another case demonstrating that the judges in our country have far too much power and this needs changing!

Kids at 16-17 years of age are going to have sex. Most of us did at that age. Now a young man of 17 that did the same things we all do is now a registered sex offender.

Why has common sense become so uncommon?
But remember, this is Florida, the same state thatcan't count votes, control smuggling, or control illegals. But these are small issues compared to the two major criminals that had sex.
