I guess common sense has no place in the courtroom..
They were teens they were horny, they got off on naked photos of each other, so lets just round up all 14-18 year olds and put them in jail for having sex. Cause there all minors and shouldn't be doing it.. I can't wait for the next story where 2 16 year olds 'make a porn tape' that the police get a hold of.

Come on.. cut the kids a break..

That law should be amended to have some kind of clause that could have implications if say one party posts those images somewhere (that would constitute pornography / child pornography) but why go after 2 'lovers' who take 'riske' photos of themselves for self gratification.
