There is such a thing as a loyal Hotmail user base? I somehow thought that their entire user base was divided into teenagers that use Hotmail because everyone else on their MSN list does and people who are clueless/don't know any better.
I remember around 5 years ago I used to have Hotmail... And the only feeling I associate it with is disgust. Laggy, slow service with hundreds of spam emails...
