Guilty until proved innocent?

It would seem they want all internet traffic to be screened.
This would legalise Bushes deal with AT&T and force every other provider to do the same.

This is what they do to a prisoners mail and telephone calls.
so are we guilty until proven innocent.

We have quite a list going now.
Emails and telephone calls AT&T
Microsofts database on all windows machines that phone home .
DNA from all arrested people even if they are subsequently cleared
Finger prints of all visitors to the USA.
Need of a passport by Americans to enter their own country.
laws to make banks tell the FBI about identity theft and at the same time withhold the information from the person who has had the identity stolen.

And some more I have missed I am sure.

It is interesting how much has been taken away from people by the use of three words.
Terrorists and child porn.
