This would mean that every school board with a net would have to scan every picture in every file against that data base. Every picture would end up having to be scanned several times. I can see the net breaking from all the traffic checking graphics. They would also need a heck of a lot of monster super computers to do this.
This is a sorry politican running for office and hoping the public is ignorant enough to go for it.
This is as insane as that sub teacher that didn't know jack about computers getting it in the neck because the computer in her classroom was infected with viruses and had a porn storm while she wsa there.
