- What prevents false accusations?
- What if an angry neighbor or competitive co-worker reports you as a sender of "illegal" images? Who will verify that such a deed has actually occured? Are you able to clear yourself? "We must protect the chilren," is the cry often heard. Now, if DRAWINGS are made illegal, you can be imprisoned even though there are NO specific children that needed protection. And what is an "illegal" image? Today, its drawings of kids (with their clothes on?) in "suggestive" poses... Tomorrow, it will be what? Drawings of women? Drawings of Jesus? If drawings & artwork are made "illegal" we will be living in a TALIBAN state...Remember how crazy some Muslims got over the Mohammad cartoons?
