I love what the Microsoft guy said...

"DRM enables a lot of cool scenarios like subscription music. If you didn't have DRM, those wouldn't be possible."

Then E-Music's subscription service is defying the laws of computer physics, since they don't use DRM and they are the #2 online music download service, right? It's kinda funny how not so long ago Apple was thought to be DRM's best friend, now it's Microsoft with Zune/AACS/WGA/OGA C.R.A.P.
