It was an OK agreement back when Apple Computers was first
starting out and the two Apples might have given some confusion too
consumers. However as the years passed the likelyhood of any
confusion on the consumers part was negligable. Also Apple
Computers being a technology company came out with a natural for a
technology company too come out with ie the iPod. Do you think
Apple LTD was going to make such a device or don't you think it
strange that with the possible exception of Sony no other company
that is in the music buisness has come out with it's own MP3 or iPod
type device? While many a technology company has including the
recent Zune attempt to grab some of the pie. Apple Computer did
exactly what it was suppose to do develop technology and expand
her markets to grow and be profitable. NOTHING she did by creating
the iPod and iTunes had any negative effect on Apple LTD in the
least.
