I've said this many times before. Once a person has served their time for a crime, you need to leave them alone so that they can get on with their lives. The main reasons that many people go back to prison for a repeat offense is because it's better for them in prison then on the outside, where so called "Good People" won't leave them alone. It's a relief for them to go back to prison.
