What do they mean by "a web page"
Slashdot doesn't have a way to create web pages, so far as I know. Or if posting to /. is like creating a web page, so does ZDnet! Any sex offenders here? Speak up!

This is dumb. Are they really expecting people to remember to register before posting a message on any blog and comment page on the web?
