FCC regulating TV commercial air time
If the FCC can regulate that boradcasters must limit commercials to
10 minutes per hour for children, they should regulate regular
broadcasting to less than 30 minutes per hour. As it is now it is
about 50 minutes per hour if you count pop ups.
