Double Standard

We read all of the usual suspects talking about how they respect "IP" and honor licenses. But wait... if it involves GPL'd GNU/Linux all bets are off?

Novell is reselling software NOT created by them and doing so in violation of the intent of the license chosen by the actual creators of the code.

Novell is no better than the people who pirate DVD's and sell the illegal copies on the streets of Beijing.
