teach the kids right and wrong. Blanket lawsuits and subjective laws do little good. Context is the key. And myspace is guilty of nothing (apart from using Windows for their servers, but that's their problem - until you see "Sorry. An Unexpected error has occurred. Sending to technical support...", after the 3rd time of which you'll have figured it out on your own. (there are more unexpected errors on myspace than there are actual user accounts! How do they stay up?!)

But I digress.

Common sense does far more than making a nanny state... though I wouldn't mind Fran Drescher being my own personal Nanny... grin (I'm 34, so it'd be legal! grin )
