I'll sue McDonalds for eating their food all the time and making Porky Pig look emaciated by comparison.
I'll sue kazaa because somebody downloaded my song.
I'll sue the gun company for selling the gun and bullets needed to stop the life of one of my friends.
Weren't all of these suits thrown out? (apart from the kazaa one, but the principle is identical to the others: The profiting middleman vs the true criminal...)
Either way, I could care less. In this society, one has to watch one's own back. Nobody will be around to help you.
