Microsoft playing the fool...
You know, if Microsoft had done a little home work about hiring from China they would have learned that many US compaines have been through this. Many from China come to work at US companies for no other reason than learning eveything they can so they can quit and take the knowledge and information back to China.

This has happened so many times in manufacturing most US manufactures no longer hire from China at all.
