Who's standards? OSS's?
What their competition came up with? How about the ones folks want to use. That's like England trying to tell us not to drive on the right hand side of the road. You guys come up with something better and the mob will use it.

If I remember correctly, there are programs you can download and run on top of the browser to alter it. You will not get that coverage if folks will not download Mozilla. Mozilla is required to run these extensions. You see everyone has to download Mozilla to take advantage of these extensions. A lot of companies forbid this due to proprietory intranet setups.

That is true for I use that IE tab Options. But some folks will not be able to use Mozilla due to company policy. They also don't want to maintain 2 systems. As for proprietory websites disappearing fast, You will have to provide a neutral source link.

Name one company that wants to give up their money maker. That's what I thought.
