Manufacturing, to some extent, needs to return to America.

Educate people to manufacture and improve.

Or isn't that profitable enough?

Pity Clinton didn't do anything about the trade problem... pity Bush isn't doing anything about it either. sad Still, the upsides are obvious, otherwise either of them would have done something.
