Vista vs Wiki

Well timed article. It's all happening in Massachusets, home of the 150 buck computer and of the Novell/Microsoft marriage, and of Open Source.

will demonstrate a notion of mash-ups which come from wiki implementations. Is Vista really a Wiki Me-too?

To back up a bit. A Me-too drug is a drug slightly different than an already distributed drug which has not been shown to be any better than the original. These Me-too drugs are marketed as innovations when really they are not and no one knows if the Me-too drug really is better than the original because no benchmarks are ever done. All that is recognized is that the Me-too is better than nothing.

Wiki as in Wikipedia is one of the defining innovations of Web 2.0. Google best represents Web 2.0.
