High def will be unbounded; I propose a law to make it so
Blockbuster's management is stuck in the Enron bounded media fraud which was exposed prior to Lay's departure from this earth. Earth to Blockbuster - do not use cable for High def film downloads. Get a clue.

Plan to use bounded meda for orders (becuase it is fast) but use satellite or towers for downloads. Must we propose laws forbidding the use of Internet using cable for High Def.

Enron wanted to use the same fraud it used involving energy for film distribution. They contracted with Blockbuster for the lease of bandwidth. Once leasing of bandwidth was in place Enron intended to manipulate plumbing just like was done to California with energy to create artifical shortages in bandwidth that would need to be addressed with pricing to free up by subleting the portion of the fiber that was leased. See "Brightest Men in the Room". Do not let this article be viewed as anything more than perpetuating a failed fraud. Tax payers own the Internet. No one need bog it down with bloat when TV is already unbounded. The Internet is a public commons.
