It has to be a service or people wont buy period
Time and time again these place failed because they were charging per download. The only places that have or are succeeding are service based with a maximum library and not limited amount of content.
Each service should have maximum content like Napster vs AOL MusicNow.com and then users can select which service based on website design and service.

I am not going to pay 10 dollars a month for a video service and pay for the internet and then go elsewhere to pay for Charlie Rose or another movie for 10 dollars.
