- Why can't the give t.v. to the tolley disabled that are home and can't get

I'm 100% disabled and always wondered why can't someone give the cable free for the people that only recive $603.00 a month? I know that I'm at home day and night and can't afford any such thing, because of medicine and rent and lucky to get a little food for the month. Any awnsers? E me goodmedicine@yahoo.com
