Yes big gov't plus AMA cartel drove medical cost thru the roof. Then HMO balkinization made it even worse by artificial barriers.

Just have a monitoring system to tax it, and keep the money in the country. Gambling is a useless pastime like other "sins" activities for it produces nothing like tangible goods, but the addict will find a way to do it anyway thru laundry services for a big percentage.

Maybe they could build in a addict algorithm into the program to tell the gambler to back off if you include wins, losses, longshots, not learning from past strategies, etc... sort of like a bartender telling a drunk patron enough and call a cab. You have to realize that humans have to save themselves.
