That is a fact. But you didn't come up with a solution. I said let experience be their teacher. They are over 18. And besides, I do not want them to fix it. I do not want the government to protect people from themselves. That is the individual's responsibility.

Addictions has been with us since time began. Only the individual must take responsibility for themselves or they don't mature. You know prohibition did not work.
