OK, I'll be the heretic

You pontificate enough about "The Law" (in relation to copyrights and patents) often enough that you should understand that people can choose to violate the law, but there are and should be consequences involved. It wasn't any secret that Internet gambling was illegal in the US, so people shouldn't complain if people are punished for promoting it here (heaven forbid that law enforcement should actually be effective). If you don't like it, then you might want to write your Congresscritters and ask for repeal. Mine would likely oppose such a move, but I live in Utah, where support for legalized gambling is political suicide.
