For many, applications, the infrastructure is here now. Take
webmail, word processing, spreadsheets. Yes, not enought for a maority of businesses, but good enough for some, and good enough for home users that have a good/fast connection. Yes, we are in the early adopter phase, but that does not mean nothing is happening. Wake up and smell the coffee.

And yes, some business models will not be viable until more bandwidth is available, but that is just a matter of time.
