IBM should help curtail web advertisement

IBM has a patent on advertisement on the Internet.

Once they win this suit, most of the American based junk ads will disappear (can't afford IBM's royalty). Google's business model will certainly be less lucrative (at least to them). Same goes for Microsoft, Amazon and Yahoo.

Of course, US software patents are pretty much non-enforceable in most other countries... hmmm...do you think Microsoft, Google and others will speed up their exit from our patent infested country and move their entire operations to India or Vanuatu (where their servers can churn out net based ads unencumbered by silly software patents held by IBM, or anyone else)?
