Sorry to waste your time...
Hey, I understand you were slamming a "all things Google is great" poster, but you should shore up your own arguments a little. First off, you gave two links to one situation, so actually there is no "another one."

Secondly, A subpoena is not suing someone. Granted, it is an interesting tactic to 1) Delay a lawsuit against Google, 2) See if you can get some info on your competition.

Do you really think Google thought Microsoft, Yahoo, and Amazon were going to hand over that info? Or do you think it was a delay tactic? Think about.

3rdly, there's a lot to criticize The Big G for. But pointing to a non-journalist's blog (no editorial review) ain't a good way to prove your point. She needs that information Google won't give her because she's an investment banker and prob'ly needs a score. Investment bankers have no place claiming other people are evil. That profession is part of the cause of the `01 bubble and the Enron/Worldcom clusterf@#$s.
