Google is moving fast to fill in all of the pieces needed for a complete
online applicatoins stack for businesses and individuals.

Meanwhile, at Microsoft, they are still debating the canabalization of thier twin cash cows. Microsoft will only have a half-hearted effort in this space until they lose significant market share / income.

All of the new employees at MSN will have their hands tied.
