Typical outcome with protection order cases
The female "victim's" word is always taken as gospel. In this case there was no evidence except the female and her friend think they see him in the area. The police don't locate him. And he produces 3 alibis, yet still gets convicted. Very weak case at best for the prosecution. But like I said, I'm not surprised and its not beyond the realm of possibility for the female to lie, especially since it is a "messy divorce".
