Does this mean that ...
... any use of hyperlinks and electronic catalogs is a violation of IBM's patents? Is it something in the way that Amazon uses these technologies? Are companies such as Barnes n' Noble, Apple, Walmart, and any other online store in violation?

I would like to know the details of Amazon's violation.
