More than that.
I tried the their Ad-Words program for a few months. The thing they hated was that I really had no coimpetition for my products which meant I didn't have to be in a stupid bidding war for ranking. (I was paying $.05 a click which is the minimum.)

On three occasions I had email "suggesting" I up my bid price and in each case I said, "Why"? It pi**ed them off so much they canceled me. But wait, then I look at the company credit card I used to set up the program and they dinged me for two full months after they canceled me.

Yeah, I complanied to the Cerdit Card company and stopped payments and got my money back. What did Google do? Well they sent me real mail saying that they would never allow me to participate again. Hey Google, go frack yourself...
