He is one of the rare few who "get's it". It's not just about geeking out on technology. Yeah. I would want hard-core geeks working for me also. I also want someone who can hold a conversation and is pleasant to be around. I would want a diversified team including a few women. My god! Imagine that. A software development team with women! I don't care what the self conscience geeks say. Women on a team improve moral.

I would like the team to be able to step outside the office door for a little break. Preferably somewhere other than the campus cafeteria. It's called quality of life. Understanding that a world exists outside your gerbil cage.

OK. So Redmond doesn't have Walmarts. It's still a suburbia wasteland full of Microsoft dudes who all talk and dress like Bill Gates.

Nuff said!
