MPAA/RIAA is the most despicable CRIMINAL organiasion out there. They are the one who should be sued out of existence. The success of Yourtube prove once more that the current "mafia" business model of the movie studios is out of date and the only way it can continue is to let them use totally illegal way of ripping customers.
