how lame
too bad the movie studios can't come up with a better alternative than a lawsuit. If TV shows got those kind of ratings, they'd be sitting pretty.

this year, I've even stopped watching NFL football or any kind of TV at all.

the cool part is: even if YouTube has infringements, I might watch to see where culture is. the downside for media companies is: restrict that content and people, like myself, will probably be harder to grab in the future.

for example, I saw Fox Networks in the bar the other day and thought: "what nonsense." so I'm starting to feel the generational gap thing!
