It's not the first time RIAA was found in violation...
of federal anti-collusion and racketeering regulations. Lime Wire may be suspect as criminals themselves, but that doesn't negate their observation that the RIAA and MPAA organizations are also in violation of the law.

It won't save Lime Wire, but it may awaken congress to the fact that it's all just a 'big business' / 'organized crime' version of a street gang shoot-out where both sides are criminals.

It will be interesting to see what happens...
