Of why allowing corporations so much political influence is bad for all the rest of us. Rest assured that the present corporate mindset regarding "intellectual property" could never produce a Shakespeare or a Mozart or a Michelangelo. Knowledge cannot be "owned". The intent of copyright law is to grant an exclusive right to profit from creation for a limited time. "Life of the author" is not a limited time when a corporation is the owner. This whole DRM fiasco is an illustration of what happens when governments fail to realize that their purpose is supposed to be to serve the interests of the Public.
