I have BIG problems with this witch-hunting and mandating worthless legisla
Don't these people have better things to do than to be screwing around with mandating ISP on data retention -- IN THE NAME of child pornography? I am not supporting CP, I refuse to swallow the fact that "anyone" is prosecuted for downloading pictures they have no control over... Prosecuting them as a criminal. If anything, this should be a civil crime, not a criminal crime. If the people actually made the pics or films, then yes, FRY THEM!... Or if they are distributing them, yes.. but just merely downloading SHOULD not be part of a ciminal act. Sorry, that is just common sense. And forcing ANY legislation while camoflauged in the name of Child pornography should be criminal too!
